I watch movies and documentaries on my newer Sony dvd player thats connected to my tv.
I download these movies and docs. they usually come in avi format, sometimes matroska.
Before i convert them to dvd i try and make sure the format is NTFS and not PAL.
Yet after i convert them to dvd, or even if i burn them to dvd as avi sometimes they wont play. I get a "corrupt" error message from my Sony dvd player. Others work fine.
So i have no way of knowing if the dvd i have burned will play or not.

I use utorrent, convertxtodvd, nero 9, win 7 ult genuine retail
Help is appreciated.
