Although it has been rumored for over a year, it appears Bloomberg feels strongly that an iPad 'Mini' is coming this October to compete with the Amazon Kindle Fire line and Google's new Nexus line. The new model will allegedly be 7.85-inches, and will not feature a Retina Display like its standard sized third-generation iPad has.
