Thanks to Chinese supplier iLab Factory, the world may have the first pictures of the upcoming iPhone 5.
The phone is expected to be unveiled in October, but there is little other confirmed about upcoming features or updates.
Rumor has it the phone will move to a quad-core processor, have a smaller 19-pin dock connector, a 4-inch screen and a higher resolution screen.

Really wished they had gone back to the 3GS design... Never liked this box crap. Thank god they tossed the back glass though.
Nice that its a little bigger I guess but its still too small, 4.3" would've been the way to go in my opinion. Like what my HD2 had 2 years ago. Moved up to the bigger Galaxy Nexus and I love it.
Regardless of design though I would never touch one anyways.

I know about that DDP but we are not arguing about microsoft. We are arguing about microsoft as being the dominant company\OS being used in the world and apple is just an annoyance that hinders other company. I know microsoft is greedy too but they give us jobs.
With the rise of google and andriod they will soon dominate apple. With sales here in US out pacing iphones its not a far guess who the consumers would choose.
I work in a corporate environment and we have been debating between iphone and android for corporate use and we can't seem to go with iphone bcoz its locked down where as android is open. And we have decided to go with Samsung products. We are getting rid of blackberry, system getting too old.

kfir1, after all this bad blood u finally say something I agree with, I have said for a long time that I would not own an idevice if it could not be jailbroken cos of apples lockdown, but although google have done well with android and it's good that it's open source, it's too open, my wife has the galaxy s2 and random stuff installs itself, icons just appear an she thinks I have done it, we don't know where this crap comes from so just delete them.
To explain my dislike of Samsung, over the years I have had many Samsung products and they have all failed me in some way (tv's, VCR, DVD player, cd writer, even the cd-r by Samsung I bought years ago struggled to play/read), with 1 exception, the T100 phone was good, to conclude, if your company is gonna go with android maybe consider the Sony Xperia S, or htc have upped their game lately, and I read the Motorola razr maxx is good!

I dont really consider it bad blood but civilized dialogue:) Samsung android is not really open source but can be manipulated that's why we went with samsung. We have programmers onboard. One advantage of a samsung is the Notes. Tell me if there is any manufacture that comes close to a samsung notes? None that I know of.

I don't know if any of the other android devices come with notes but I looked on the marketplace thing and if u search "notes" u get nearly 30,000 results and the first 50 or whatever u see r all free :-)

Icons just appear? I've had a Samsung Moment and now I own a Galaxy S3. I've never had icons just appear. Were these Samsung system updates or were they just random software from random developers? Sounds like she should be careful what she installs on her phone. Not a lot of malware out there, but sounds like she's possibly managed to find some if miscellaneous software just randomly installs itself on her phone as you say.

She uses the Facebook and groupon apps alot so I just assumed it was something to do with 1 of those!
