hi,
How can i know if an avi/xvid/divx movie is either PAL or NTSC. I tried using GSpot but it doesn't provide such info. Thanx

try using a program called avicodec, when you open yr file it will give u info on the video stream. look at the fps number, if it is 25 it is PAL, 23 or 29 and its NTSC. this usually works hope it helps.
