Over the course of the day, a number of UK customers were unable to reach the popular file-hosting service RapidShare. I am not aware of BT being an ISP in India. The difficulties that I have faced is purely due to infrastructure of some of the major ISPs, Including Tata Communication (formerly VSNL) which own more than 60 % of world wide subsea cables !
