they dont even look alike stolen case design my butt..

as for software your saying they copied your software you company is based in china where they rip each others designs off daily so what are you complaining about

Agreed! Casing looks totally different. Case#1 "DISMISSED!"

However, if indeed Toys R Us did yoink some proprietary software or trademarked sftwre design then they deserve to be bitch-slapped with a suit.

The Tabeo is on sale this week I believe and some have already been leaked out last week so I guess they missed holding up the sales.
