Divx to VCD Subtitles help!!!

I followed the guide here .. http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/divx_to_vcd.cfm .. but the outcome of the file .. there were 2 subtitles showing .. just one's a little below the other. The subtitle file is a .srt .. could that be a problem? How do I fix this?

No, it is not. It happened to me only when I used an already subbed movie. Check the input movie and check the output movie with the File->Preview option in TMPGEnc.
