DVD Shrink-- what audio options to leave out?

I am a very new to dvd burning. I understand how to work and burn DVD's but have one simple question. Even after DVD shrink compresses the movie, it is still too large. I was wondering what audio options i could leave out without hurting the quality. There is a 1. AC3 5.1-ch Unspecified an AC3 5.1 ch English An 2. Ac3 2 - ch english an Ac3 - 5.1 ch Enhlish directors cut and an AC3 - 2- ch- english directors cut. Can i remove any of these audio options or do anything else to the disc to make it fit?

Keep the largest 5.1 and get rid of the rest. If you only have a 2 ch system it will do fine Also get rid of all of the subtitles. I only backup the movie as if I need the other extras then I insert the original DVD

AC3 5.1 ch English is the only one you need on any dvd.

And note if you are previewing the movie you can right click on the image and sample each audio stream as it's playing to make sure you have the right one.
