eating my sweets, watching my film, Sound goes!!!!!!!!!

Help me somebody please, I have an Avi film which I have changed to DVD format used the same process as I always do use Tmpgenc to change video format then extract the audio with VirtualDubmod,then use Besweet to change audio to AC3 then us Ifoedit to stick together and burn it to a DVD-R with Nero.

Well just watching my film chuffed at the quality picture and the sound being in Sync eating my sweets getting in to my film and after 20 mins the sound goes and no sound again!!!!!!

Does anybody know what I have done wrong, has its proper done my noodle in and its a good film as well.
