ITC judge decision is in Apple's favor. Judge Thomas Pender said that Samsung violated four patents of the seven originally alleged by Apple (one of which was dropped during litigation) in a complaint filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) last year. This is where & why patients are ridiculous and should not be legitimately allowed. What's next a patient of the word THE so no one can use it without royalties or being sued? Please....

So apple gets revenge,not by building a better device ,but by
suing them .
