Got friends in SC who's tried that # for assistance, they get stuck on a robo-call for an hour, only when to get a live person to be told "There's nothing to worry about, and there's nothing you can do". Not sure wtf is with that, but please take it as grain of salt, as this is coming 3rd party I didn't listen to the call directly myself.
