Two months ago, the Swiss national railway (SBB) accused Apple of using their iconic clock design without permission in iOS 6. I'm surprised they didn't use the old 'the original design was not able to run on iOS, so it wasn't elligible for prior art on iOS' argument. After all, it's what snagged them the Samsung patent gig not long ago.
