After weeks of rumors, we may have some definitive proof of Sony's new flagship. The company's upcoming 'Yuga,' will feature a 5-inch screen and compete with Samsung's market leading Galaxy Note and Note II and HTC's new Droid DNA. Agreed the chrome button looks a bit naff, although the side power button on the S3 is also raised.

Personally i would prefer if they were to put them back on the top to prevent pocket wake ups, however with a 4.5"+ it does make it easier to reach the button one handed.
