According to Win App Update, the Windows 8 Store has reached 20,000 apps, with most being free. The company says about 18,000 of the apps are free, and also notes that not every country's store will have that number. In fact, the U.S. only has 13,000, Canada has 14,000 and the UK has 11,000 apps available. ....yea so what.....

i thought this was an operating system for a pc, not a cellphone like operating system,, what about the "Windows xp store" and the windows vista store lol. really, a windows 8 store lol

if everything for windows was avaiable to search, on this "store" if i wanted to buy say Photoshop, or plugins, or Roller Coaster Tycoon, or an Antivirus etc, that would be cool, Kinda like Linux, has there all in one type of search and download built in.

But only for windows 8, naaa i will stick with my vista and xp, and linux.
