I'm new to the whole concept of converting video files....and burning Cd's, DVD, svd... etc. I'm looking for some help with this. I have a file which says .MPG Movie File (mpeg)What i want to know is what i need to burn this file onto a DVD+R/W disc in order to play it on a stand alone DVD player. I have successfully managed one other burn to date where i managed to convert avi files and burn them to a DVD pal format (for me this was the equivalent of Moses parting of the sea lol)Converting this file is my next project and right now I'm having difficulty understanding just what kind of file i have,,,let alone how or what to use to convert and burn them properly. Any help appreciated. torrok
