Following a campaign by anti-piracy group "StopFileLockers," 40 percent of Mega's account resellers have pulled support for PayPal processing.
The number is significant especially because there are only 10 current resellers.

what i don't understand is why these sites don't get together and create there own financial PayPal like system, together they'd have enough money to grease palms, pay for upkeep of there financial institute and buy a few senators.

Because then it will become an organized crime like the Mafia or accused of Money Laundering or even financial terrorism lol
