Kaspersky releases fix for update error. An update for a Kaspersky anti-virus product knocked thousands of Windows XP users offline, and even blocked some users from accessing internal company networks. Sometimes even the simplest things get overlooked which can cause major ramifications in the end.

CPU speeds were in the Mhz, RAM was in Kb, and all I had was a 360Kb 5 1/2 floppy drive.
