According to the latest Canalys figures, tablets accounted for 46 percent of all PC shipments in the Q4 2012, huge news for the devices that really did not exist before the 2010 launch of the iPad. I am confused how they figure a tablet is a PC. If you are going to say a tablet is a PC then you should be able to call a phone a PC.

Wording. A lot of these things comes down to what they call something.
