i have a game i want to install but theres no CUE BIN or ISO files in the folders
i dl it 2 times already and same thing

can someone please help

they are .rar files - well to be more specific .r01 .r02 .r03 and so forth

goto http://www.rarlab.com - download winrar

then you unrar the very first file, and it will unrar them all to where u want (its a spanned archive so you will only get the bin and the cue not loads of files, lol)

i am guessing this is non commercial stuff? - because we dont condone piracy here
