Samsung has announced a Wi-Fi-only version of their Android-based Galaxy Camera. Galaxy Cameras offer Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, a 4.8-inch HD Super Clear LCD panel, a 1.4GHz quad-core processor and 16MP BSI CMOS sensor with 21x optical zoom. I dunno, it should take better pictures because of the lens size which would appeal to camera buffs but without it being a phone too it's about as handy as a PS_Vita.
