pp3, NVE(nerovision express will do all you need. You add the files one at a time into NVE, when finsihed you can then add chapters and a menu. After that you can preview your work with a software remote control. When you are satisfied with your menu, hit next, and burn out of Nero.
dont use Nero to burn dvds????????
I don't know where that comes from, I use nero to burn 90% of all my DVD needs and it does an excellent job. It is versatile and can handle many applications. It is the default burner for many other applications including shrink.
In fact I also own Sonic MYDVD and anyone that wants it can have it for free, it just gathers dust on my PC.
GO VOLS !

You're about one out of ten. Ten to one prefer nero over roxio in this forum. So do a lot of other softwares that use it as their default burner, shrink for one.
However you should use what makes ya happy, if it works for you then that's all that matters. signed, a big nero fan.
I use anydvd for on the fly burning if I have no reauthoring or compressing to do, other than that I write to the HD 1st.
Some have said clonedvd is just a paid version of shrink.

Roxio! Roxio! What voice uttered those evil words. Roxio works great on its own, in fact it's great (on its own). But if you should choose to use a similar application, then, Roxio The Mighty will smite thine system such that it could make its burning prowess cesase.
Why don't you just install every packet writing software known, a little Incd here and a little something else there and see if you can bring down your system in a day. BTW, keep us posted
