According to Topeka Capital analyst Brian White, the oft-rumored lower cost iPhones are a "lock" for release this year. Blah, Blah, Blah, cheaper i-whatever. It probably is for developing nations, so Apple can get a foothold in the market. So tired of guessing from analysts.
