SoftBank has been in talks with Deutsche Telekom AG for a deal for T-Mobile USA in case its long-standing bid for Sprint falls apart. hope softbank buys both sprint & t-mobile ,coverage should improve

They wouldn't be allowed to buy both. Government regulation would prevent a 4th major competitor from being removed from the market. What might happen is Dish buys one of them and Softbank buys the other. Both could use the cash, but Sprint needs it even more desperately after all their bleeding quarters and massive debt pile.

Allowed or not will depend on what each Congressman or Senator costs.

I read all the people complaining that Ge, Apple Google etc are not paying their proper dues in taxes but has anyone at all bothered to find out the jerk of a congressman who slipped in the clause that income tax on foreign income would be taxable only if and when it was brought into the country? Or for that matter all the members who voted for it ? I as an individual was required to pay taxes on my US as well as Indian income, meaning global, even though Indian income never came to the country, it was barred by Indian government. Now that the corporations are declared to be individuals by the supreme court how about taxing them as individuals?
