According to Bloomberg, Sprint has broken off talks with the Dish Network, who had bid $25.5 billion for full control of the company. Among the issues was the size of a breakup fee that is awarded if the deal falls apart. Sprint allegedly wanted $3 billion while Dish would not budge past $1 billion.
