Nintendo fails to get Wii U domain through WIPO

Nintendo of America has failed in its attempt to gain control over the WiiU.com domain name after filing a cybersquatting complaint in February. The WiiU.com domain is privately held, and Nintendo would like to take control of it for obvious reasons. Well, when a product is nearly dead (stillborn?), they're probably even less likely to force a transfer of the domain. ;-)

Is Nintendo even marketing the Wii U? I think all last Xmas season I saw a total of 2 TV ads for it...and maybe a few websites that featured it.
