Hard Drive upgrade on Rogero 4.4

I have been searching but havent found anything that really fits in with this. I apologize if this has been covered but a friend of mine just downgraded my slim ps3 using an E3 to cfw Rogero 4.4. Its working flawlessly and I couldnt be happier. My question is since it only has 120 gb hard drive what do I have to do if I want to put in a bigger hard drive? Im concerned that since he had to use a flasher to downgrade if I change out the drives itll make me go back to OFW and Id be in the same boat as before. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

congrats on the cfw ps3. Just go ahead and swap the hdd it shouldn't affect your firmware. Only if you change the firmware ( trying newer firmware, or downgrading your firmware) and doing it incorrectly will that happen. make sure you back up any games you have on the hdd now when you change drives the new one will be clean after installation. you'll still have the cfw firmware and game manager on it but no games
