Netflix has released their July data of the "Netflix ISP Speed Index," showing off which ISPs "provide the best Netflix streaming experience." Here in Arizona, Cox and Century Link dominate the market. I have always had fast internet with Cox at home, however Century Link at work just plain sucks. Century Link is ok at my brothers house but nothing special. So being around both of those providers for over 10 years, the numbers above sound accurate to me!

I can't complain about Cox@home either. I pay for 30/15 and I get about 30/20 most of the time. It's expensive, but not out of sight.
They do have a 300GB limit per month but they are VERY up front about it and provide a handy bandwidth meter.
I watch Youtube all evening and have nary a problem.
