Ok, I hope I'm putting this thread in the right forum. Well, I just made a VCD with Nero and when I played it on my DVD player it was playing upside down. It was an avi file but earlier I made VCD with Nero and the video played fine but that was an mpeg file so what am I doing wrong? I tried to use tmpgenc to convert the avi to mpeg but I keep getting an error that says "Can't Load P3Package.dll", I've looked just about everywhere but I'm still stuck. Any suggestions?

Try using the 'search messages' function of this forum:

As for the upside down VCD, I can only suggest trying encoding with tmpgenc. Let us know if that fixes it.
