Hello
So i got this problem, where my ping to my router/modem goes up.
When gaming its very frustrating when suddenly my ping jumps up to 300-600, when it usually is about 30-60(depends on the server i'am playing at)
Here are the results:

This was a good test for me, usually every 10th line is 200-500
My computer it connected with a wire, then there are 3 other computers that are wireless
But the problem still occur even if the 3 other computers are shut down.
Tried my girlfriends laptop with wire and wireless, and the same problem is there with her computer.
The router is TP-LINK TD-W8961ND with the newest firmware.
I hope that someone here could help me with this problem, because im totally clueless what to do.
PS. Not sure if this post is in right section

Yes happening with wire and wireless. And i have tried to connect directly to the modem,
but the results are the same.
Is there some settings i should try in the modem settings or is it that the modem is just bad/broken?

Looks like you have eliminated everything except the modem and ISP.
Did your ISP provide the modem? I would contact them.......

I did buy the modem. Some friend has the same ISP, but they ping are fine.
So most likely there is something wrong with the modem?
I will try to borrow a modem from my friend tomorrow and we'll see if the ping will be better with it.

& try yours in place of his as could also be a wiring issue to the modem.
