If no fuss is made nor suit brought to action then I will look at ALL the companies involved IN THIS SITUATION ONLY in a new light with more respect. All parties including Microsoft, game developer(s), etc.

If a suit gets filed then respect and ALL hopes for honest business with integrity to proceed are lost.
