Oh man......when I first started reading I boiled up and said "WHAT F'ING B.S.!" but then read that ban wasn't perm so I can kinda understand why MS would set a temp ban. Props to MS for not doing a permanent solution as this guy has EVERY GOD-GIVEN RIGHT to brag this thing off any way he chooses, seeing that it's not his fault nor his problem regarding early possession.

Wonder what the sales figures would be for those that pre order if they went into a world wide draw of x amount of people who would get the console early,certainly make a good marketing ploy even better if they got to go on live with perhaps a couple of games as well
