Mandatory PlayStation 4 system 1.51 patch now available in Europe

The latest mandatory PlayStation 4 system 1.51 patch is now available in Europe.
Released in North America earlier in the week, the 300MB+ download is now available to European gamers and must be installed before you can access PSN features on the console, which launches tomorrow around the continent.
The update improves "stability" for the system and makes other minor tweaks.

And again it seems they're hammering the competition.
For instance, last I heard it was only the last 5 mins of gameplay in the xbone recorded and no voice over. Does the PS4 offer voice over on recording?
I would not be surprised if it's deemed worth it, in the next couple of iterations, PS4s will have a HDMI throughput port added.
Its a lot easier being righteous than right.

I have a PS4 and a xbox one and i can confirm that you can only record the past 30 SECONDS of gameplay via the voice command, "xbox, record that" if you want to record up to 5 minutes of gameplay, you would have to launch a separate app, called "upload studio" Then click record, before you start playing the game you want to record for 5 minutes.
It makes no sense, it should be the other way around!
To be fair, i could just use the upload studio app as a "snap app" and use the voice command, "Xbox, snap upload studio" then it launches on the right side of the screen.
It works but its just not as seamless and quick as PS4's share button, not to mention, being able to record a whopping 15 minutes.
Xbox can't stream on twitch, "yet" it will soon. Xbox one owners can only watch people stream on twitch as the present moment.
I'd give the streaming feature to PS4 for the moment and wait to see how Microsoft, implements their streaming feature.

Does the PS4 record your voice too in that 15min Morphx?
Its a lot easier being righteous than right.
