For the third time in just a couple of years, Apple and Samsung have gone to trial in a patent dispute case, with the Cupertino-based iPhone maker asking for a staggering $2 billion. I swear Apple needs to GTFO of here with that dumb ish! Those things are so stupid they shouldn't even been award a patent for in the first place. I swear they probably think they own a patent for just swiping. Whoever is granting patents these days really need to take a look at these things and just say hey this just looks like common sense that this would happen here or you should do this or that.

Apple is the king of stealing the ideas of others and then using their money to bail themselves out when they get caught for the thieves that they are. This whole Apple vs Samnsung war is about as pointless and childish as the console war.
