New DVD Burner compatability question

I am hoping this gets an answer pretty quick but anyway the question is that I have just got a NU DvD RW combo CD-RW burner (NU Technology Black 8X DVD+RW/-RW Drive, Model DDW-082 BLK bought from Newegg.com) (it was rated high by everyone who bought it) then i also have had in my comp a Lite-on CD-RW burner (LTR 40125S).

I was wondering if the 350 watt powersupply i have currently will support them both if i have the system specs:
Intel P4 2.8ghz (no HT)
Gigabyte MB with 4xAGP (heh need to upgrade it)
ATI 9700 Pro 4x/8x compatable
Corsair RAM 512 megs
Soundblaster 5.1 surround audio card
Western Digital 80gig 7200 RPM HD
Sony Floppy A: Drive

I also have 4 fans running thats not including the heatsink fan and the powersupply fan.

My best guess that they might be able to both be put on there is that they dont constantly run thus dont require maximum power input, but I know since a lot of people here have more experience with things I figured id ask here. I am sorta eager to get to start burning (hopefully burning right)

you power supply should be fine. You not going to be running both burners at the same time anyways (at least not for dvds).

It shouldn?t be a problem at all. Most computers never use 300 watts..(that is why Dell uses some as small as 95 watts.) As you stated, you probably wont be running them both at one time anyway, so really it is like only running one single drive in your machine, MOST of the time.
If you start to experience crashing, or RESTARTS for no reason, then I would check the PSU first..before anything else. (But I would do that anyway.<GRIN>)
I just had a PSU die on me a couple of weeks ago. I was running a 350 watt, with 4 CCF case lights, 6 LED case fans, 3 internal hard drives, and two externals, as well as 3 optical drives. It never gave me a problem until I had a brown out, (while I was not home) but that killed it dead.
As long as you have good cooling in your case, the PSU should be fine. Normally the only thing that kills them is heat, or age. Or like everything else, they die right after you get them. (Like the two new ones that I just returned, to replace the above supply.)

You have plenty of power no worries it will do the lot.I know alot of people who run alot more on less.
