SoftBank, Japan's third-largest carrier and parent of Sprint, has admitted that the carrier's 4G LTE network sucks. IT's just American biz to neglect your immediate surroundings and continue taking money from your customers that EXPECT you to change with the times............Sprint doesn't do that. Service sucks and customer service is now great. They need to find a balance of both.
