This made me laugh. Presumably if Apple had stuck 1080x1920 on the 4.7" iPhone, you could fit in the all-important 6th row of icons and thereby lose a "new", "unique" selling point for the pricier iPhone 6 Plus. I am looking forward to seeing them in the flesh, though, particularly the 6 Plus.

And I'm sure the camera is great.

All in all though, nothing to write home about as per all iPhone keynotes of late.

The only thing that annoys me is having to develop for more screen sizes now.

They didn't really address the battery life issue neither and that is a major problem with the iPhone.

Agreed! We could live with a 2 mm thicker phone if it meant larger battery.

I agree Rip. The res is lackluster but the camera will be great.

Apple Pay.. hmmfph. In Oz we are already really familiar with Visa payWave at the checkout. It's ubiquitous. Literally all you do is just flash your Credit Card at the terminal. Takes all of two seconds.
