Aereo has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy this week, confirming that the streaming TV service is completely out of options after losing multiple court rulings. What I mean is if the Supreme court wasn't sucking up to big businesses like CBS, Aereo would've become an innovative company.

I sill disagree with the US Supreme court's decision(s) but I think most people do for that matter these days.

Aereo dies simply because they "clouded" their DVR.

Even a moron knows that is no good.

They needed to simply sell each consumer a Tivo-style (or whatever) DVR that records from an OTA antenna and NOT BASE THE SERVICE IN THE CLOUD!
