That is a bit insane, and a bit insensitive (although there are almost no Chinese-Jewish people in China). Arguably Mao was much worse than Hitler ever was. Just count the number killed by the Nazis (lead by Hitler) compared to Mao (order from lowest to highest is Hitler, Mao, Stalin). But you know they could never put Mao there instead.

Sadly,that description/title is not far off base. at the same time i find it ironic that china would make that comparison.
