LG will be making a big OLED push at next week's IFA 2015 event in Berlin.
The company will unveil four new OLED TVs at the event, including 65 and 55-inch 4K high dynamic range (HDR) sets as well as a curved OLED TV that is just 4.8mm thick.

I'm looking to next year to buy OLED & consign the Panny plasma to a bedroom but I definitely won't be getting a curved one from anybody.
I used to say the same thing about curved screens BUT......went to Costco a couple times and they of course make you walk right by the big electronic stuff when you arrive and I really started liking them. Unlike 4K, I don't see curve as a gimmick. It dramatically reduces glare, much easier to view from any angle and nice that it slightly 'surrounds' the viewer.
You'll come around......everyone I know that I has seen these has and you're not likely any different.
Sadly though, LG makes all OLED TVs with 4K causing them to believe they can bolster up their pricing......which won't work, at least not at 4 grand for a 55 incher and 6K for the 65.
