Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has confirmed that the social media giant will be getting an alternative to the long-standing 'Like' button in the near future, although it won't necessarily be a 'Dislike' button that users have been asking for for a decade.
"I think people have asked about the dislike button for many years. Probably hundreds of people have asked about this," Zuckerberg said. ... [ read the full article ]

I'm so amazed this ugly dorky P.O.S. prick is reveled by so many. FB is an incoherent mess of redirects, other pages and unrelated/unimportant information.
Yes, it's great for connecting with people from your past and great for those that want to connect with others without having to face them but FB is lame. This guy stumbled on an idea that MIND YOU, was already done with Classmates.com (for the most part) and made it free then added crap games, apps, etc (the free part is what drew people to it) and everybody makes him out to be an F'ing savior and brilliant genius. He's done NOTHING noteworthy other than bring about Facebook.......which sucks as is.

Well I am just glad he is not giving a dislike button! Can you imagine the abuse that would ensue if that was put on facebook?
The arguments would never end because everytime someone posting something someone did not like.....the dislike button would be used...over and over again. It would make arguments last way longer than they do now........some ideas, no matter HOW good people think it is....should not be implimented!

Zuckerberg really is a douche.
For the most, I agree with you about the Facebook, and its creator, however...
I just checked the Classmates.com, and it appears to be only for the US audience. I'm Canadian. Does that mean I cannot use Classmates? Appears so. And, sorry to say this but it also looks quite lame, at least the main page of it. Also, at the bottom, there also are "redirects" (granted, not as many as on FB but still) to FB, Pinterest and Twitter.
Now, from your posts, I've noticed you really, REALLY despise Facebook and Zuckerberg. So, here's a novel idea:
give him a run for his money, and do come up with something better than Facebook. I would be very happy to test drive it :)
