Apple has confirmed that its popular ad-supported iTunes Radio (Apple Music Radio) service will no longer be free as of January 28th. Moving forward you will have to pay $9.99 a month for Apple Music to have unlimited access to iTunes Radio. The continiously running Beats 1 radio station will remain free, however. This is a boneheaded move by Apple, in my opinion. If I'm going to pay monthly, it's going to be to a better-run service, for damn sure.

I completely block as much of the Apple Music crap from their music app as possible. Drives me crazy that, by default, I can't easily access MY OWN music. One day this will bite them in the arse for sure!
