A German court has found that YouTube is not liable for copyright infringement when a user uploads a video to the service illegally. The sole responsibility for such infringement lies with the uploader and not YouTube, according to the Higher Regional Court Munich (OLG). I never discovered how to bypass YouTube's copyright police. I always get put into copyright school for violating YouTube's TOS.

Strange how they are not guilty but Kim Dotcom is for his Mega Upload site
Maybe if Mega was owned by Google things would be different
