problem with NeroVision Express 2 SE

I have NeroVision Express 2 SE and I want to burn some AVI(DivX) files that I have to a DVD. I went to add some files on NeroVision Express, and I did, but when I looked on the bottom, it says that I have exceeded the space limit and I have only added about 2 GBs of files. It says the limit is 700 MB. I went on anyway and it was transcoding my files. I went to eat, then came back, and it just stopped. Is this because I need the DVD-Video Plug-in? Thanks guy.
