Nero SmartStart and NeroVision Express weird???

I don't know if it's just me, but when I go to Nero SmartStart, and I go to Expert Mode, then to DVD (on the top right corner where it says CD or DVD), there is a DVD-Video option, but when I go to NeroVision Express, There is only Video CD, and it says I have to purchase DVD-Video plug-in. Weird? From Nero SmartStart, I click the DVD-Video, and some thing like Burning ROM comes up, and I can just click the NeroVision Express, and it carries it over to NeroVision Express, so I don't have to buy the plug-in. Does this happen to anyone else?

Also, I still have a problem with NeroVision Express. I go to Video CD, and it says that the limit is 700MB and I have the DVD Burner as the default burner. So I add some AVI(DivX) files and I create a menu. I click burn. It starts working and as it is transcoding, it freezes. The estimated time just stops, but the elapsed time keeps going. Solution PLEASE!
