Yesterday at Microsoft's BUILD event, Windows head Terry Myerson announced that there are now over 270 million devices running Windows 10.
Microsoft has long said they want the operating system running on 1 billion devices by the end of next year, so they are moving at a solid pace.
As expected, Windows 10 is the fastest growing Windows ever, especially given its price tag of $0 for most consumers.

Wait till you see the advertising pop-up you will start seeing if you got the OS for free:) But i hear you Win 7 still so much better.
I use Windows 7 for my business. It works perfectly. I tried Win 10 and my scanner stopped working and some of my software had problems. Also I'm a Tech and found Win 10 to make simple changes very complicated. Especially with sharing printers and networking. Absolutely disgusting. It was also ugly and slow. There is an old saying .. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I'm a developer and have to also make system level changes all the time, sure you know I'm talking about. I swear Vista made things worse, Win 8 still worse especially if you don't have touch, and Win 10 the mostest worsests of them all, sure grammar is completely off, but wanted to share my comment with the correct style to fit windoZe 10 properly ;)
that many people are using Win10 - really?
I'm using 7 Windows devices just at home. 1 of them uses Win 8.1 and the rest were returned to Win 7 SP1. Neither a new install nor an "upgrade" to Win 10 would work for longer than 2 weeks without too many troubles cropping up. Even the two newest devices worked better with a fresh install of Win 7 than they did with Win 10. The latest attempt was 2 months ago when I got a flashing BSOD on Win10. Too many peripherals and/or applications failed to work in Win10 but install easily and work without trouble in Win 7.
Not only that, but EVERYTHING in Win10 seems to be rearranged. It's like walking into a room you've used for 10 years and someone rearranged all the furniture and then broke all the lights so it's pitch black in the room. Good luck finding ANYTHING you need.
