I'm dumbfounded how the phones only change with slight nuances. Essentially each one is a duplicate of the previous and yet the pricetag sticks at 700 dollars.

Sorry but these were worth that way back when the FIRST cell with 3GB RAM, Snapdragon 800/810 and 2K screens was brought to market but this crap is just a regurgitation of everything already out there.

I'd say these "state of the art" phones pushing typical specs listed above, even with the new Snapdragon 820, are worth MAYBE 449.00 retail and unlocked. Maybe even 400

HTC is already discounting the phone by $100, so should be at 450 in no time.
