Help me somebody-Nero doesn't respond-I am doing a slide show on Nero 6 vision express and put in pictures from my digital camera but next time I pulled up my project it didn't recognize them Now I have black blank spots where my pictures use to be. I can't delete the frame-cut it out or insert new or the same pictures(I tried to reinstall the pictures after saving them) What am I suppose to do to be able to use those black frames otherwise I have about 8 pictures in a row I can't do anything with Help.....Anyone ever get help from Nero? The pictures from your Digital Camera, did you copy them to your Hard drive first and then import them into NeroVision, and then save as a Project file?
Or did you import them directly from the Camera into NeroVision and save as a Project file?
The exact steps you took is critical. If you imported them directly into NeroVision Express, without first copying to the hard drive, and save to Projet file; and then come back later and launch NerVision and the project file but wihtout the camera still connnected to the system, then I could understand the black frames instead of the pictures as NeroVision would not be able locate the source files for the project you saved.
Craig-thanks for reponding-I have had a couple lousy wek with my sony va10 as I have had 2 hard rives replaced a yesterday the geek squad put in a new dvd drive. When it rains it pours. I did import right from my cmaera and didn't save it but I went back and saved it but the black frame will not accept the new saved file it still stays black and you can't remove or delete that frame. Now I am having problems trying to burn my dvd. It goes threw the whole process(almost 2 hrs) then fails to burn It prints out a report but it's all greek to me. I am using Nero 6 ultra I just bought it 2 weeks ago. I am using window xp NeroVision OS: Windows XP-paart of report- Why can't I burn this dvd? Anyone have ideas? I am frustrated and stumped.

Seems like you might know a little bit about this Nero.If you need to know more about my file log and can give you that and more. I have tried to burn a slide show program for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I have 5 chapters with 99 pictures-1 with 60) It goes threw the entire process of trans what evering but when it gets to the last step to burn it it spits out the dvd and sends me a reject and asks me if I want to save the file log. I thought I am doing everything right but this is my 2 solid week of trying to get it and I am stumped.Can you please please help me?Lost here in Minnesota...
