Apple recently announced that it has surpassed 15 million subscribers on Apple Music but the fight for the number one spot is still far away in the horizon. It says a lot about an artist when the bribe to be exclusive is enough to justify alienating fans, losing access to most of the market, and encouraging piracy. Of course I didn't even know she was still making music; I figured she was living in a double-wide with 8 kids by now...so good for her beating the odds like that!
