Kodak quickly posted and then deleted a tweet teasing an upcoming smartphone. The one-time film giant teased the launch for October 20th, showing off the side of a brushed steel frame and a power button with the Kodak logo. That's not fair; their last one failed because instead of focusing on making a great camera that was also a phone, they made a crummy camera that was also a crummy phone. There really is a market for a great camera that is also a phone and if such a device was paired with the Kodak name then it could do well, especially since Samsung threw away their reputation this year.

If they don't totally screw up, it has at least 0.01% chance of selling.

I still use my nokia 1020 for all my photos of family. It beats the &&&& out of my iphone 6s and my wife's galaxy S6. Kodak is a great old school name for pictures. Bring nokia 1020 style photos to a sub $200 smart phone and you got a winner.

Alll this need to do is stick to what they know! Their known for photography so they need to flex that muscle.
