Maybe cause I don't own a cell and walk around with my head in it...........or up my ass but WTF is this talking about?

They mention the word "status" but the article is poorly written to describe this so-called "feature" to those that DO NOT use WhatsApp.

Yeah...I'm not sure how an announced feature that is just a copy of what Snapchat has been doing for years is a surprise. Maybe it's a surprise that they are brazen enough to rip off what is almost certainly patented by Snapchat?
